Achievements are earned by reaching milestones based on your activity in the app such as posting status updates, adding photos, or completing reviews/ratings.
You can see a list of achievements you've earned by navigating to your profile and then clicking on the 'About' tab. On this screen you'll see a preview of achievements you've earned so far, clicking 'View All' allows you to see the full list of achievements you've unlocked as well as a preview of the achievements you have yet to unlock.
